Indrajit is the Joint Managing Director of Gateway Group of Companies.

He is responsible for technology transformation, quality and overall project management. He heads his super team of over 1000+ software developers. He and his team have a 100% delivery record and have brought all the name and fame that Gateway has in terms of having a powerful multi platform and multi skilled technology team. He is responsible for the Best Software Development Practices to be followed by the company.

He is almost fanatical about delivering value and quality to our customers and his willingness to sacrifice business and profits to hold on to our commitment and promise. He has consistently delivered significant positive change and envisioned and built the technology team at Gateway.

His leadership inspires to give shape to the collective efforts of his team, who use technology to shape standard & unheard-of solutions.

Inder has been responsible to work and successfully complete Enterprise level applications working within Gateway.

Prior to being a part of Gateway Indrajit served as Project Manager for Veritas Inc., He has over 15+ years of experience. He has done Bachelors in Science and Masters in Computer Application from Gujarat University.

Vipin is the Managing Director (EU & Canada) for Gateway TechnoLabs India; and MD, NINtec B.V., The Netherlands

Based out of Netherlands, Vipin is a co-founder & partner at Gateway Group Of Companies. He has over 15 years of managerial & consulting experience working across large IT-enabled businesses areas and also currently serves on the board of directors of The Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT). He has previously worked with large American & British Multinationals like Logica and CSC before setting up NINtec B.V. Presently, Vipin spearheads Gateway NINtec group of companies by investing and developing clients relations, expanding domain expertise and establishing client servicing centers in multiple international geographies. Vipin holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering (India) and a Masters in Business Administration (The Netherlands)

Niraj heads Gateway Group of Companies as the Chairman & Managing Director.

He is the Founder Director and Chief Architect of the team catapulting Gateway TechnoLabs as one of the best choices of offshore software development companies in India. He is responsible for consolidated growth in markets across the globe. He spells out the vision and the strategic direction of Gateway TechnoLabs and oversees the company's expansion. He is at the helm of several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development.

He is responsible for business development, management of P&L and finance function of the company. In addition to driving revenue and profitability a key part of his focus is to ensure that the appropriate structure is in place to deliver continued high levels of client satisfaction at a time of strong growth in the company.

Managing the consistent growth of the company over the years while retaining 100% financial stability and continuous sustenance of the company by having the best of the teams to work for the company to retain its cutting edge technological competence in the Global markets has been his core competence. People management, financial planning and Process orientation at operational level have been his forte.

He is an Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from one of the top 10 Management Institutes in India.

Paul is the VP for Sales & Operations for NINtec B.V., The Netherlands and has more than 25 years of experience while working for international companies like Hewlett-Packard and Infor before joining NINtec. He has been instrumental in numerous international implementations of IT-systems for multiple stock-listed multinationals throughout the world while managing teams of professionals from various nationalities.

Presently, Paul is focusing upon expanding the client base throughout Europe out of the Dutch office in Zoetermeer, while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Paul holds Master Degrees in both Logistics Management as well as Computer Data Management (Netherlands).
