Evolution of Outsourcing

NINtec has been in business for more than ten years. During this time, outsourcing has changed in many ways. NINtec uses different models, based on our customers needs. This has enabled us to deliver a wide range of projects, such as outsourcing of a single application, full service outsourcing, transformational outsourcing, etc. Our outsourcing models have evolved and matured over the years. We are building on experience - our own, but also that of our competitors.

In the late 20th and early 21st century, businesses were forced to reduce costs. This led to the popularity of offshoring as a delivery model. NINtec responded to this trend, and now has a large and satisfied customer base that has seen the benefits of our strong offshore-based delivery model. But business demands change, and now the focus is on partners who are not just cost competitive, but cost efficient. Other aspects of services, such as local support, effective governance, cultural understanding, and quality deliveries have become more important. NINtec quickly adjusted to this demand, and adopted a Global Delivery model. We have increasing presence across the globe, so we can stay in our customers' comfort zone.

Proactiveness has always been our strength. For NINtec, further development of outsourcing strategies was a natural process. It meant looking beyond cost, adding “business value” for our customers. Thought leadership, innovative approaches and deep understanding of business needs are the points that distinguish NINtec as a long term strategic partner, and not just a service provider.

Our experience and development have resulted in our Flexi Sourcing model, which allows us to provide each customer with the optimal outsourcing and delivery model.
